Agreement Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Main Marketers' services and website. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. This agreement is effective as of the date you first access our services and remains in effect until terminated by either party in accordance with these terms.
Acceptance of Terms & Services
- By accessing and using Main Marketers' services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
- If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services.
- We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time with notice to users.
- Main Marketers provides digital marketing services including but not limited to brand strategy, web development, content creation, and advertising campaigns.
- All services are provided "as is" and we make no warranties regarding specific outcomes or results.
Payment Terms
- Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements and invoices.
- All fees are due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise specified.
- Late payments may incur additional fees and service suspension.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis according to our refund policy.
- You are responsible for all taxes related to your use of our services.
Limitations & Liability
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of our services.
- These limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Additional Terms
Intellectual Property
All work products created by Main Marketers remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, specified rights are transferred to the client as outlined in the service agreement.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of our business relationship. This obligation survives termination of services.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Immediate termination may occur for breach of terms, non-payment, or other material violations.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Tempe, Arizona.
